  • Once you have booked a party with us, we will call you 2 -3 days prior to our party to go over any questions you may have or extras that you wish to add to your package. 
  • Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior to your party start time as we will be setting up.  You may wait in the waiting room until your party set-up is completed.  A party attendant will be on hand to help you.
  • If you wish to bring in your own special decorations, please call to arrange a time prior to your party date to drop them off.
  • We suggest a maximum of 20 children, we do not charge extra for more.  Infants under 1 do not count.
  • No Drop Offs.  Parents MUST stay & supervise their children during Kidz Club parties.
  • No Shoes or Bare Feet;  children and adults must adhere to this policy.
  • No Food or Drink on the carpet area.
  • We kindly ask that you and your guests be ready to leave on time.  Once your party is over we need proper time for clean-up for the next party.
  • Birthday Deposits are non-refundable.  In the event that you need to cancel a party due to a sickness, weather, etc., a credit will be given to reschedule your party or it may be applied towards Kidz Club activities.
  • And finally, have a great time and let us do all the work!!!
